Methodology
1. Diagnosis of the functioning of the Management system
Analysis of Company basic information (organization,
involved processes, products, etc.)
Evaluation of the existing Quality System
Meeting with the Direction to evaluate the results of
the diagnosis.
Preparation and presentation of the final report. This
will include the deviations detected with reference
to the Norms to certify.
2. Gathering information, description and documentation
of the company processes (according to the ISO guidelines)
Description of the processes
Flow chart of the processes
Identification of resources (time, materials and equipment)
used in the processes
Identification of indicators by activity in each process
Implementation and evaluation of processes improvement
actions
• Training in the new practices in order to carry
out the tasks
• Measurement and evaluation of the results of
the implemented actions
3. System Implementation
Closing of the diagnosis after gathering information
of the present activities and registers
Development and writing of procedures
Implementation of operative schemes
Testing Completion of lists and registries
Writing of the Quality Manual
Audits on the Quality System
• Final adjustments on the System: correction
of the deflections detected in internal audits and pursuit
of proposed plans of action.
• Briefing the Direction on revision meeting.
• Report to the Direction in revision meeting.
• Support in pre-audit and certification audit

4. Training on ISO 9000, IRAM 30400
To provide the Company`s personnel with the necessary
knowledge on the series of Norms ISO 9000 and IRAM 30400,
for its application in the design, implementation and
maintenance of the Quality System.
It includes the following courses:
Quality: basic concepts, quality certifications
Quality System and Quality Norms
Documentation of Quality Systems
Training of Internal Auditors
* Terms and periods
1 The project is done, according to the structure and
personnel of the company and the complexity of the processes
in a term of 9 to 36 months.
2 The works are planned in agreement with the Direction,
settling down responsibilities, cronogram, equipment,
schedules for the training of the personnel and the
implementation, by means of a contract between the company
and the consultant.
3 Periodic reports will be presented to the Direction
on the development of the project, to be stipulated
with the client.
